David Ford Named Chef of Cafe Sebastienne at Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art
After careful delegation by the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art board of trustees, David Ford, previously chef de cuisine at Port Fonda, will fill the executive chef position at Café Sebastienne. The announcement comes four months after the unexpected death of Jennifer Maloney, the former executive chef of more than 20 years. Ford’s first day in the kitchen will be May 8. He will bring his 20 years of experience, which includes an array of fine-dining restaurants in Chicago, to the museum’s highly acclaimed café.
