   Kristin Dahler began working for Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in August 2010. She started her career on a teaching team in one of the Springfield schools and later became the assistant director of Springfield III. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Child Development. In early 2016, Dahler moved to the Kansas City area to solely focus on the Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in Leawood and Overland Park. 

   Rebekah Fosbinder started working with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in July 2016 as the area manager. Fosbinder has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Human Ecology. Fosbinder began her career in 2006 as a pre-K teacher and later transitioned into a leadership role. From there, Fosbinder joined the LSP Kansas City leadership. Fosbinder’s role with the company is to provide on-site support for the school leadership team with a strong focus on marketing efforts and bringing high-quality early childhood education to the Kansas City market.
